On buying a new home in Richmond I wanted to do a fairly small and straightforward rework before moving in. My husband and I wanted to update our entrance to make it look more grand. We searched on Home Advisor for several pros for price comparison. Jim was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, which is why we decided to go with Jim. So after looking online for ideas on how to update our entrance we decided to go to 24x24 tile and dark border on the outside. We communicated this idea to Jim and after several discussions back and forth Jim gave us his expert opinion and recommended that we go with a smaller tile and inner rectangular border due to the size and shape of our entry way. From start to finish, he has been extremely responsive and the project finished way ahead of schedule. We found a minor issue, which was fixed the very next day. We are extremely happy with the results, his professionalism, and the timelines. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
